2019 Apricot Fiesta

A "conversion." During World War II, new farming equipment, among many other things, was hard to come by. Farmers who needed equipment had to get creative: the example above is a Model A chassis remade into a forklift. This example boasts two transmissions.

The Barnstormers, affiliated with the Patterson Township Historical Society, has been collecting early farming equipment for a museum to be filled with local artifacts such as the one pictured above.

Some of this vintage equipment will be on display at a museum fundraiser event later this month; watch the Irrigator's Events section for more information.
