2019 Apricot Fiesta Parade

Now that the 49th Apricot Fiesta is in our rearview mirror, we can share some of the feedback we received. Many Fiesta-goers felt good about this years’ turn out. The Fiesta’s parade on Saturday morning had a great lineup of dance schools, businesses, car clubs, dancing horses, a platoon and more.

There was no need to worry about good weather; Mother Nature provided some sizzle! It was just hot enough to appreciate some apricot ice cream, a snow cone or cold beverage. The food court kept busy with its specialty eats, and the apricot wine was a really nice touch.

There were also some new vendors, such as Klick It Up Photo Booth (taking free prop pictures and sending them to your phone or email) and a new carnival swing ride. Both were well received.

The bands that were lined up to entertain the crowds did a fabulous job. It was really nice to see so many families out socializing and enjoying themselves.

Now, the 50th Apricot Fiesta is less than twelve months away and we are planning a bigger, more elaborate celebration. The Apricot Fiesta Board is working diligently to implement some new ideas for our 50th. Keep checking the Apricot Fiesta web page to learn more about our new events and attractions that will be a part of our 50th year celebration in 2020.

The Apricot Fiesta Board would like thank all the community members and visitors who came out to support the Apricot Fiesta! Your patronage is greatly appreciated!!
