Police Log from June 4 through June 10, 2019

Patterson Police Services received 146 calls for service, conducted 46 traffic stops, and issued 52 citations/warnings through proactive parking enforcement.

June 4

12:39 a.m.:  Deputies were dispatched to an unknown location in Patterson for a report of a missing person.

2:34 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a petty theft on the 2200 block of Sperry Avenue.

June 5

12:41 p.m.: Roy Haile, 24, was arrested after fleeing from deputies in a traffic stop at Rogers Road and Keystone Pacific Parkway. Haile eventually yielded after deputies gave multiple commands to stop. Haile was booked for flight from traffic officer.

2:58 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue for the report of a suspect passing bad checks. This is an ongoing investigation.

June 6

11:28 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a property damage collision at South Second Street and Sperry Avenue.

June 7    

5:27 a.m.: Detectives conducted a follow-up investigation on the 500 block of Mesquite Lane of a subject who was shooting a firearm in the area of Sperry and Ward. Eduardo Medina, 29, was arrested and booked for discharge of a firearm in gross negligent manner.

11:40 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a family fight on the 400 block of Squash Creek Lane. Gabriel Galentine, 45, was arrested and booked for inflict corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant.

5:07 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a property damage collision on the 100 block of South El Circulo.

11:30 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a family fight on the 300 block of North Hartley Street. Deputies arrested and booked Jose Gutierrez, 49, for corporal injury to spouse.

June 8

4:43 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a collision with minor injuries on the 200 block of South El Circulo.

June 9

1:29 a.m.: Deputies conducted a traffic stop at Highway 33 and Lemon Avenue and contacted Marco Garcia, 38. Field sobriety tests were performed by Garcia after showing objective signs of intoxication. Garcia was arrested and booked for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving under the influence.

2:18 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to the area of South Fourth and E streets for an unknown male with a handgun after several subjects were in a fight. Deputies arrested and booked Anthony Cruz, 24, for assault by force likely to produce great bodily injury. This is an ongoing investigation.

12:24 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a family fight on the 10 block of Walker Ranch Parkway. Deputies arrested and booked Nichole Meuser, 32, for corporal injury to spouse.

4:24 p.m.: After responding to a family fight on the 300 block of Chase Street, deputies arrested and booked Rigoberto Lopez, 43, for willfully disobey court order and rearrest/revoke probation.

4:46 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to the area of Ward Avenue and Vicki Lynn Lane for an unknown male who shot a firearm from his vehicle. This investigation is ongoing.

6:40 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched for the report of credit card fraud on the 2200 block of Sperry Avenue.

11:08 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to an assault on the 300 block of West Las Palmas Avenue after the victim reported being assaulted by an unknown female. The victim sustained minor lacerations to the face.

June 10

10:50 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a report of a stolen vehicle on the 500 block of Keystone Boulevard.

1:47 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to an injury collision at South Second and E streets.
