May 21

8:56 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a missing person on the 30 block of South Del Puerto Avenue.

10:01 a.m.:  Deputies were dispatched to a report of restraining order violation on the 300 block of Roadrunner Drive.

2:47 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched for the report of a stolen vehicle on the 1300 block of Samantha Creek Drive.

4:43 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched for a grand theft of items within a vehicle on the 300 block of South Fourth Street.

7:31 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a family fight on the 600 block of Periwinkle Drive.

May 22

4:59 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of South Fourth Street for a court order violation. A records check of Alfredo Castano, 27, confirmed he had an outstanding warrant. Castano was booked without incident.

May 23

5:25 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a report of a stolen vehicle on the 700 block of Bertwood Lane.

9:35 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched for a suspicious circumstance of a male who was seen with a firearm on the 20 block of South Third Street. Deputies searched the area and contacted Steven Deborba, 46, who matched the description. Deborba was found to be in possession of a firearm and was booked for loaded firearm in public.

May 24

2:41 a.m.: Deputies contacted a male sleeping in his vehicle with the lights on, on Highway 33. A records check of Jorge Lopez, 46, confirmed he had outstanding warrants. Lopez was booked without incident.

9:16 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched for a missing person on the 30 block of South Del Puerto Avenue.

10:58 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched for the report of a stolen vehicle on the 200 block of Franquette Street.

11:07 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of North First Street for the sound of shots fired. Deputies arrived on scene and witnessed several subjects fleeing on foot. Alexis Fernandez, 19, was apprehended by deputies and transported and booked at the Public Safety Center for delaying / obstructing officer in performance of duty and under the influence of alcohol / drugs.

May 25

1:09 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a vehicle vandalism at American Eagle Avenue and Gannet Lane.

4:14 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched for a family fight on the 300 block of South Sixth Street. Gustavo Ortiz, 23, was contacted at the residence and showed signs of intoxication. Ortiz was booked for under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

9:33 a.m.: Deputies responded to a family fight on the 300 block of Red Robin Drive.

 5:01 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a property damage collision on the 1400 block of Mesa Creek Lane.

May 26

5:17 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a call of a suspicious person on the 2200 block of Sperry Avenue. Deputies contacted Jonathan Quickel, 43, after he refused to leave the property. Quickel was arrested and booked for refusing to leave land upon owner’s request.

6:37 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a petty theft on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue after an unknown male and female left the store without paying for items.

6:45 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a report of a missing person on the 800 block of Mackilhaffy Drive.

8:32 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a family fight on the 10 block of North Sixth Street.

10:29 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a family fight on the 300 block of South Sixth Street. Gustavo Ortiz, 23 years, was arrested and booked for resist / deterring executive officer and battery.

May 27

8:35 p.m.: Deputies contacted John Almanza, 59, during a subject stop on the 20 block of South Fifth Street. Almanza displayed signs of intoxication. Almanza was booked for drunk in public with a kick-out.

8:52 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a petty theft on the 100 block of South El Circulo after four unknown males left were seen leaving the business without paying for merchandise.
