Police Log from May 7 through May 13, 2019

Patterson Police Services received 222 calls for service, conducted 93 traffic stops, and issued 36 citations/warnings through proactive parking enforcement.

May 7

8:41 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to the 15000 block of North Ninth Street for individuals trespassing in a vacant residence. Deputies contacted four individuals inside the residence. Devon Wondra, 32, was booked without incident for her outstanding warrants and issued three misdemeanor citations for trespassing to the other parties.

2:41 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched for a missing person over 16 on the 1000 block of Shearwater Drive.

4:45 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched for locate of a missing person on the 1000 block of Shearwater Drive.

8:50 p.m.: Patterson Deputies were dispatched to Sperry Avenue and Baldwin Road for report of a vehicle accident. Antonio Hernandez, 32, was contacted on scene sitting in the driver’s seat of his vehicle which had been driven up onto the center median of the roadway, disabling it. Upon contact, Hernandez displayed objective signs of intoxication.

Hernandez also admitted to drinking prior to, while driving and after he crashed his vehicle. Hernandez was transported and booked at the Stanislaus County Public safety Center without incident for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

May 8

2:23 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched for a stolen vehicle recovery on the 2200 block of Sperry Avenue.

7:47 p.m.: Deputies arrested and booked 28 year old Ulises Cruz for drunk in public with kick-out on the 100 block of East Las Palmas Avenue.

May 9

6:01 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to property damage collision at North Second Street and Las Palmas Avenue.

9:59 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a fight on the 300 block of South First Street.

May 10

6:20 a.m.: During a traffic stop on the 1400 block of East Las Palmas Avenue, deputies contacted Miguel Mendoza, 32. A records check revealed Mendoza had outstanding warrants. Mendoza was booked without incident.

6:58 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched for a security check for a male trespassing on the 600 block of Spooner Court.

8:18 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched for a grand theft of a firearm on the 500 block of South Del Puerto Avenue.

8:49 p.m.: During a bike stop at South Salado Street and Plaza Circle, deputies issued a citation for CVC violations.

May 11

11:04 a.m.: Deputies arrested Gloria Olveda, 57, for willfully disobey court order on the 10 block of North Sixth Street. Olveda was booked at the Public Safety Center.

7:05 p.m.: Bakari Franco, 34, was arrested on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue and booked at the Public Safety Center for petty theft.

May 12

2:04 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched for a stolen vehicle on the 900 block of Sycamore Avenue.

6:29 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched for a hit and run with property damage at West Las Palmas and Sperry avenues.

10:09 p.m.: Deputies arrested and booked Gilberta Vazquez, 24, on the 200 block of North Hartley Street for discharge of firearm in gross negligent manner after firing off rounds in the area.

11:35 p.m.: Katrina Scott was arrested at Highway 33 and Eastin Road and booked for drunk in public with kick-out.

May 13

4:15 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a residential burglary on the 400 block of Meadow Creek Lane.

8:10 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to a hit and run with property damage at Shearwater Drive and Henley Parkway.

4:44 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched for a grand theft of a computer on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue.
