Jose Jesus Sanchez Cavezas, 75, a resident of the Tracy area for 26 years, died at home Monday. Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., is handling arrangements. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. June 28 at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave., followed by burial in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. A rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 6 p.m. June 27, with visiting hours from 5-9 p.m.

Kensworth P. “Pat” Ellis, a native of Tracy and a retired Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory employee, died May 24 at home in Rio Vista at the age of 86. A celebration of life will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 13 at Hub925 event center, 5341 Owens Court, Pleasanton.
