Services will be Saturday for Ray Malcom Robb, 83, of Tracy, who died Jan. 5 at a Modesto hospital with his family around him.
Born in Oakland, Mr. Robb graduated from Oakland Tech High School and took a job as a salesman for Kinney Shoes. After retiring in 1996 as a sales and customer service representative at Hahn Co., he moved to Hayward and worked part time for Eden Housing for two years.
Mr. Robb recently moved to Tracy to be closer to family. He enjoyed entertaining, cooking and art.
Survivors include two sons, Ray Robb, and his wife, Kathleen, of Tracy and Keith Robb, and his wife, Sherry, of Pittsburg; a brother, Walt Robb, and his wife, Jo Ann, of Vacaville; a sister, Rosalie Derby, and her husband, Steve, of New Mexico; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his longtime companion, Jim Orr; two brothers, Robert Robb and Jack Robb; and his parents, Robert and Kathryn Robb.
A celebration of his life will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., and an online guest book can be viewed at www.frymemorialchapel.com.
